He Sleeps while they weep

The Eastern Sierra ,so serene, so simple and tranquil. What if Mr. Bush just took a walk here and sat awhile and listened to the earth? Do you suppose he has ears to hear I think so, but would he listen? I think not. He hasn't so far and the planet cries and her children weep with terror , hunger disease and fear. He sits down to dinner while people die. go hungry, have no place to lay their heads in safety, cannot afford medicine. How is it he sleeps?

"What if?" Everyone through their particular ability to express themself either did art,music,poetry, writing, teaching,working in some aspect toward a better world.
Do you suppose there would be a reason to lobb missles into the living rooms of unsuspecting innocent people?
"What if?" Everyone found a humanitarian cause to champion. How long do you think it would be before everyone was eating, living under a decent roof, or were free of disease?
There is so much to do and so many things we can and should be doing. So would someone please define necessity for me....... Because I see so much that needs being done.
I have made myself available to a need and I can tell you that although at times it is especially tireing it is most rewarding and fullfilling....... I have learned that in giving , I have received so much more and therefore have even more to give.

Take a walk

Take a walk leave the car, buy green products that are non toxic to our environment. Buy biodegradables and stop adding to the problems. Boycott the big oil companies and chemical companies that refuse to join in the struggle against Global Warming. Let your voice be heard one person can and does make a difference. Write your reps maybe they will poo poo, you but let your voice be heard anyway. Remember not everyone is a Mormon but we all know who the Mormon Tabernacle Choir is they make themselves heard by number alone. There is power in numbers and it begins with 1.

Dominos

Everyone has seen someone who has the ability to set up dominos in a configuration that when one is tapped they all fall into a formation of some sort. Not one is unaffected. The same holds true for humanity. We are all one and in a configuration that when one is tapped all feel the effect. I am my brothers/sisters keeper, they are mine. We are all connected and all part of one great circle. You think because there is no fire in the forest behind your house the fire raging in Arizona has no affect? Sorry but it surely does.
