From Within

From the depths of hell she lifted me.

Upward blinding toward the sun.

Releasing all the shackles from each ankle , wrist, and thumb.

Upward flying into fresh,crisp, cleansing air.

I filled my lungs , dried my tears and began again to fly.

Ever will the hurt be there within controlled now by new things.

To busy that dark part of my ever broken heart.

Remember then I surely will for a Mothers' love cannot die. But today I face the sunshine and I now refuse to cry. I will not let them kill my soul although they've surely tried.

The part of me that hurt controlled has gone away and died.

Your children Are they your friends?

Do you know how much you hurt me
Can you feel the pain inside.
Do you look at your sweet children and imagine how I cry?

As I spent most of my life atoning for no reason only she

Fill my lungs again to breathe
No more chains to bind me for God forgave and filled my needs
